Anyone can claim the pack with whatever dog they like - Just post an in character claiming post in the packland you choose, and I'll come along to verify it.

The condition in being an alpha is that you have to create rules, ranks and all that stuff - And please make sure you keep up to date with it!

All alpha positions at any time can be taken from someone if they disappear without a gone post for two weeks or more, so just keep it active and you should be fine.
